At Mechanic Mate, we treat your shop's data as a strategic asset. We do not sell your customer information, labor rates, or parts markups. All ingested logic is used exclusively to train your bespoke shop agent.
02Technical Collection
We collect technical data including VIN information, license plates, and appointment details. This data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols to ensure shop-level isolation.
03Isolation Protocols
Our systems maintain strict isolation between different shop tenants. Your unique shop DNA—including pricing logic and tech specialties—is never cross-contaminated with competitors.
04Ownership
You retain full ownership of your data. You may request a complete export of your training logs and customer leads at any time via the Control Center.
