01Service Provision
Mechanic Mate provides an AI-powered receptionist interface. While we strive for ASE-level technical accuracy, the AI is a support tool and should be used in conjunction with human expertise for critical safety diagnostics.
02Subscription Protocol
Subscriptions are billed monthly. The setup fee covers data ingestion, technical calibration, and CRM synchronization. Fees are reflective of the computational resources required for bespoke training.
03Usage Boundaries
Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI logic or use the platform to generate deceptive quotes or facilitate unauthorized vehicle interactions.
04Liability Shield
Mechanic Mate is not liable for indirect damages arising from shop scheduling conflicts or technical misinterpretations of customer-provided diagnostic data.
